Occupational Therapy Job Summary:
West Sussex County Council is looking for energetic and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists who are committed to transforming and delivering on the prevention agenda. We want to ensure residents, families and communities have the right support in place at the right time to enable them to confidently live independently for as long as possible and to remain active. We currently have vacancies for Senior Occupational Therapy Practitioners based in the Horsham and Mid Sussex Independent Living Team, and in the Worthing and Littlehampton Team. We are looking for Occupational Therapists with significant experience in Adult Social Care, in particular complex Moving and handling issues and in planning housing adaptations. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and have experience of being a supervisor.
