About the Role:
Provide therapy services to customers on a needs basis whilst building on people’s strengths and developing sustainable long term solutions
Liaise with customers, family members, and other service providers to assist our clients to reach their individual outcomes and goals
Support customers and others to develop skills and reach their potential, ensuring goals are meaningful and achievable.
Provide information to customers, families and stakeholders which supports people with a disability to live as equal and empowered citizens.
You are committed to family and person centered approaches, supporting inclusion and participation
Registration with AHPRA.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
Have relevant experience in disability and/or community services
Have a driver’s licence (work vehicles may be available)
Hold a satisfactory Police Check issued within the last twelve months for employment in disability and a Working with Children Check
