Occupational Therapy Job Summary:
Inclusion.Me are looking for an enthusiastic & highly motivated OT to work as part of our team in a new “starting out” role designed to give the successful applicant a chance to grow and develop as an OT within the independent sector - you'll be part of a team, have regular monthly pay, receive full supervision & mentoring along with a personal training budget & role development plan.

An initial 3 year fixed term contract with the potential of 2 further year extensions.

What we are looking for:
A qualified OT, ideally with 1-2 years post graduation experience although newly qualified OTs will also be considered, looking to develop their skills as an OT and who would be excited at the prospect of working within a rapidly growing & dynamic independent OT company.
Some experience of working within local authority & housing settings, in particular experience of equipment and minor adaptations.
Ability to conduct work in Kent, Essex & London locations - willingness to travel around the South East as required.
Flexible, enthusiastic & highly motivated approach.
Good assessment, verbal & written skills combined with an ability to make decisions independently.
Ability to work within a team & independently.
Ability to excel under pressure and perform within KPI targets.
Start date September/October 2017.
